In Person Sessions
At our In-Person Hypnotherapy sessions, after we get comfortable, we usually start by discussing what you would like to achieve from the session & any other specific issues you wish to address. This allows the me to understand your goals and tailor the treatment accordingly.
Hypnotherapy sessions can be eyes closed or eyes open, it is up to you to choose what you feel comfortable with. In most sessions, I will guide you into a trance-like state using relaxation techniques and visualisation. This state is characterised by heightened focus & concentration, where you remain fully aware and in control. I’ll use the positive suggestions and imagery you’ve chosen, to address the your specific issues, working with the subconscious mind to promote desired changes in behaviour, thoughts, and feelings. You will experience deep relaxation, and the suggestions are designed to be beneficial and align with the your chosen goals. Each session typically lasts about an hour, with the process carefully monitored to ensure the your comfort and progress.

Online Sessions
A Virtual hypnotherapy sessions couldn't be easier. Once we've agreed a time for your session & completed the intake form, you'll just need a reliable internet connection and a quiet comfortable place to relax that you will not be disturbed. You a unique link for each session which is safe and secure and only you will have access to it. Zoom is very similar to Skype, just click your link and follow the instructions to join your session. You can use your laptop, tablet or phone to join your session. Pro-tip is to use headphones.

Your first online session is simple, supportive, and designed to help you feel at ease. Once we’ve scheduled a time, I’ll send you a private Zoom link—just click it when your session starts. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space and a decent internet connection.
We’ll begin by chatting about what brought you here, what’s been going well, and what you'd like to shift or explore. From there, I’ll gently guide you into a relaxed, focused state—kind of like daydreaming with purpose—where your mind is more open to positive change.
At the end, we’ll check in and talk about next steps. It’s calm, collaborative, and all about you feeling supported every step of the way.
