Here at the Thought Power Hypnotherapy & Mind reset studio in Smithfield Cairns, I guide clients through a 4-week hypnotherapy/mind reset program, designed to help you create lasting positive change. This program supports a range of topics, including weight loss, stress reduction, confidence building, habit change, quitting smoking & more.

Every program is tailored to your goals, with personalized Hypno-Meditation recordings and ongoing text or phone support to reinforce your progress between sessions. (Online Zoom Sessions available)

Accepted Payments

Payments accepted are cash, credit card (Visa or MC), Pay ID / Bank transfer (and other contactless payments).

Tax invoices available as I do charge GST.

For online / virtual therapy services, I accept Pre-payment via Invoice.

Out of Network Billing

I do not accept insurance or NDIS direct payments at this time. However, if you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage I can offer a receipt with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier or NDIS if applicable.

Prices Subject to change

Prepaid packages lock in the current pricing for 6 months from the date of the first session. These pre-paid packages are non-transferable. Prices (provided by way of a Quotation or a Price List) are subject to change to the prices in effect at the time of delivery. Once the session is booked the current price will apply, please feel free to discuss or ask any questions before or at the beginning of your session.

We reserves the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission.

Just like working out at the gym, retraining our brains with hypnosis requires dedication, consistency, and a willingness to explore new techniques.

In the first session, an introductory session, we meet in person, get to know each other, maybe delve into the power of hypnosis and how it can help us achieve desired outcomes. You might choose to learn self-hypnosis techniques that ideally will empower you to take control of your own mental state (also called homework ;)

The Importance of Reinforcement Sessions: Reinforcement / Follow up sessions play a vital role in the success of hypnotherapy. These sessions provide an opportunity to reinforce the positive changes achieved during previous sessions and build upon them. By revisiting and practicing self-hypnosis techniques, you strengthen your ability to access your subconscious mind and create lasting change. Reinforcement sessions also allow for further exploration and refinement of goals, ensuring that the hypnotherapy process remains tailored to the your evolving needs.

By exploring new techniques, you expand your understanding of inner self, your BS (belief systems ) and unlock your full potential. These techniques also enable you to go deeper into the subconscious, uncovering hidden beliefs and emotions that may be holding you back. Just like that gym work out, the more you practice, the faster it works & the faster the change happens.

Flexible Options: If your schedule doesn’t permit weekly visits, you’re welcome to:

  • Space sessions out to every two weeks, if that suits your lifestyle better

  • Combine in-person and online sessions for more convenience
